Project Recovery

This is our flagship service, and how we start working with most of our clients. If you have a failing project, we perform a candid, independent review to understand what’s going wrong. We’ll provide recommendations to both parties for how to get back on track.

These reviews have successfully been initiated by both agencies and clients. However, both parties need to be involved in the process for it to be successful.

Process

Usually lasting one week, with 2 days on-site:

  1. We’ll understand the original scope of the project

  2. We’ll interview key players in each team to identify where the issues occur

  3. We’ll create a report, containing what’s happened and our recommendations

  4. We’ll facilitate remediation discussions between the parties

Pricing

Our price is a flat fee for most projects.

£15,000 plus expenses.

If the scope of the project is particularly large or complicated, we may discuss additional investment requirements to improve the chance of full project recovery.

 

Partnership Coaching

We understand that agency / client relationships have a shelf life. They’re not supposed to last indefinitely. Our partnership coaching service helps that relationship run its full course. It provides regular conversations and twice-yearly mini reviews. We’ve found that addressing the unspoken discontent when it’s still recoverable keeps the relationship healthy. In the event that a project runs over time or budget, we’ll also perform a full project recovery review (as above) to get you back on track.

Pricing

Our price is based on the annual billings of 1 or more clients you’d like covered by the partnership coaching. It can be 1 big client or a number of small clients.

  • Up to £1M annual billings: 2%

  • £1M to £3M annual billings: 1.75%

  • £3M+ annual billings: 1.5%

Our preferred model for payment on partnership coaching plan is for the cost to be split evenly between the agency and the client to preserve our position as an independent party. In some circumstances, we may consider engagements where one party shoulders the entire cost.
